2010 Russian Export Certification for Fishery Products
The NOAA Seafood Inspection Program is announcing the requirements for exporting fish and fishery products to Russia, as outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding between Rosselkhoznadzor and the US Department of Commerce's NOAA, which went into effect on February 25, 2010.
