Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; Inseason Adjustments to Fishery Management Measures

The final rule adjusts commercial fishery management measures for several groundfish species off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California to access more abundant stocks while protecting overfished and depleted ones, in accordance with the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
