Pipeline Safety: Incident Notifications to the National Response Center

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is issuing an advisory bulletin to remind operators of gas pipelines, UNGS facilities, and LNG facilities of their obligation to report incidents in accordance with PHMSA's incident reporting requirements, following a safety recommendation from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) regarding a fatal incident in February 2018.
