Availability of Motus, FMCSA's New Registration System

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has introduced Motus, a new online registration system, which will simplify the registration process and satisfy current statutory and regulatory requirements. The system will be introduced in phases, with Phase I released on December 8, 2025, and Phase II planned for the second quarter of 2026.
