Request Notice: Use of Foreign-Built Small Passenger Vessel in United States Coastwise Trade, S/V LA BATEAU

The U.S. Secretary of Transportation, through MARAD, is seeking comments to determine if the proposed use of the foreign-built S/V LA BATEAU would harm U.S. vessel builders or coastwise trade businesses that use U.S.-built vessels.
