Certain Corrosion Inhibitors From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain companies from China sold corrosion inhibitors at prices below normal value during the period of March 1, 2023, through February 29, 2024, and is rescinding the review for one company.
