On December 17, 2024, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued its final judgment in Ad Hoc Coalition of American SAP Producers v. United States, sustaining the U.S. Department of Commerce's final remand redetermination in the superabsorbent polymers investigation from the Republic of Korea.
