NMFS Withdraws Proposed Rule on Implementation of Provisions of the Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing Enforcement Act of 2015 and the Ensuring Access to Pacific Fisheries Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has formally withdrawn a proposed rule implementing provisions of the Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing Enforcement Act of 2015 and the Ensuring Access to Pacific Fisheries Act, citing insufficient time to finalize the rule in the current administration.
