National Marine Fisheries Service Extends Public Comment Period for Beluga Whale Research Permit

The National Marine Fisheries Service is extending the public comment period for a permit to conduct research and enhancement activities on a stranded beluga whale. The agency is also proposing to extend SeaWorld's current permit for six months to allow additional processing of the updated application.
