Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to the New London Pier Extension Project at the Naval Submarine Base

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has re-issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the U.S. Navy for the New London Pier Extension Project at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, Connecticut, with the only change being the effective dates.
