Certain Brake Drums From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value, Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain brake drums from China are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
