Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes From Thailand: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain producers/exporters did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review, and is rescinding the review for 28 companies.
