Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the United Arab Emirates and South Africa: Preliminary Affirmative Determination, in Part, of Critical Circumstances

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines critical circumstances exist for imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the United Arab Emirates, but not from South Africa, during the period of investigation from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
