Certain Epoxy Resins From the Republic of Korea: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Final Negative Critical Circumstances Determination

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain epoxy resins from the Republic of Korea, covering the period of January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
