NMFS Modifies Letter of Authorization for TGS to Take Marine Mammals in the Gulf of America

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has modified the Letter of Authorization (LOA) issued to TGS for the take of marine mammals incidental to geophysical survey activity in the Gulf of America, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
