Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; General Provisions for Domestic Fisheries; Application for Exempted Fishing Permits

The National Marine Fisheries Service has made a preliminary determination that an Exempted Fishing Permit application from the Gulf of Maine Research Institute warrants further consideration, allowing a vessel to fish outside regulations in support of exempted activities.
