FTC Seeks Public Comments on Funeral Industry Practice Rule Clearance Extension
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the Paperwork Reduction Act clearance for its Funeral Industry Practice Rule until September 30, 2014, as the current clearance expires on September 30, 2011.
