Non-Oriented Electrical Steel From Japan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Nippon Steel Corporation sold non-oriented electrical steel from Japan in the United States at prices below normal value during the period December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2023, and invites interested parties to comment.
