Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled Into Modules, From Cambodia: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells from Cambodia are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.
