Certain Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Final Determination of No Shipments; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Chinese exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires sold merchandise at less than normal value from August 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023, and that certain companies had no shipments to the United States during this period.
