Certain Hardwood Plywood Products From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Administrative Reviews of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders, Preliminary Determinations of No Shipments, and Partial Rescissions; 2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found no shipments of certain hardwood plywood products from China during January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, and partially rescinded reviews for 64 companies in the antidumping duty review and five companies in the countervailing duty review.
