NMFS Issues 5-Year Affirmative Finding for Eastern Tropical Pacific Ocean Tuna Purse Seine Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a new 5-year affirmative finding for the Governments of Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, and Spain, allowing the importation of yellowfin tuna into the United States from nations participating in the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean tuna purse seine fishery.
