SEC Proposes Amendments to Definitions of Small Business and Small Organization for Investment Companies and Advisers

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing to amend the rules under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to increase the asset-based thresholds for small businesses and organizations, and to introduce periodic inflation adjustments.
