Worker Safety and Health Requirements To Support Reform of Nuclear Reactor Testing; Reopening of Public Comment Period

The U.S. Department of Energy has reopened the public comment period for proposed rulemaking to amend worker safety and health regulations for advanced reactors until March 23, 2026, following a request from the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations for a 45-day extension.
