Stainless Steel Plate in Coils From Belgium: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that Aperam Stainless Belgium NV did not make sales of stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.
