New York Stock Exchange LLC Designates Longer Period for Commission Action on Proposed Rule Change

The New York Stock Exchange LLC has designated a longer period for the Securities and Exchange Commission to take action on a proposed rule change, as modified by Amendment No. 1, to amend Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
