The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has granted a waiver to Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) for certain products used in its Natural Gas Distribution Infrastructure Safety and Modernization grant project due to lack of availability or unreasonable cost.
