Federal Reserve to Require Savings and Loan Holding Companies to Submit Reports

The Federal Reserve is planning to require savings and loan holding companies to submit the same reports as bank holding companies, starting with the March 31, 2012, reporting period, in order to analyze their financial condition and populate the National Information Center database.
