The Securities and Exchange Commission Extends Compliance Date for Form N-PORT Amendments

The Securities and Exchange Commission is extending the compliance date for amendments to Form N-PORT, which relate to investment company names that may mislead investors, to November 17, 2027, for large fund groups and May 18, 2028, for smaller fund groups.
