NYSE American LLC Proposes Rule Change to Establish Fees for Industry Members Related to CAT Costs

NYSE American LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend the NYSE American Equities Price List and the NYSE American Options Fee Schedule to establish fees for industry members related to reasonably budgeted CAT costs for the period of May 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026.
