Certain Softwood Lumber Products From Canada: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain softwood lumber producers and exporters from Canada during January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. The agency is rescinding the administrative review for four companies and 70 other companies due to various reasons.
