Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber from Mexico: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, Final Determination of No Shipments, and Partial Rescission; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Industrias Negromex S.A. de C.V. did not sell emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Mexico at less than normal value during the 2021-2022 period, and also found that Dynasol Elastomeros had no shipments during this time.
