The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) issued a call for information and nominations for proposed Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil and gas lease sales in Central California, as outlined in the U.S. Department of the Interior's 11th National OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program Draft Proposed Program announced on November 20, 2025.
