Antidumping Duty Order on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip From India: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited is the successor-in-interest to Garware Polyester Limited for the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film from India, allowing Garware Hi-Tech to use Garware Polyester's cash deposit rates.
