Mattresses From Bulgaria: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that mattresses from Bulgaria are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.
