Antidumping Duty Order on Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand From Mexico: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that imports of certain high carbon steel wire from Mexico are circumventing the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Mexico, effective July 31, 2023.
