Granular Polytetrafluoroethylene Resin From India: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of the Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited, a producer and exporter of granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India, during the period of review from July 6, 2021, through December 31, 2022.
