Final Affirmative Determination in the Less-Than-Fair-Value Investigation of Certain Non-Refillable Steel Cylinders From India
The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain non-refillable steel cylinders from India are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with the period of investigation spanning from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
