Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to Geophysical Surveys Related to Oil and Gas Activities in the Gulf of Mexico
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has modified the expiration date of a Letter of Authorization (LOA) issued to WesternGeco for geophysical survey activity in the Gulf of Mexico, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
