Electronic Submission of Certain Materials Under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934; Amendments Regarding the FOCUS Report

The US Securities and Exchange Commission is amending its rules to require electronic filing of certain forms and submissions on the EDGAR system, including those from self-regulatory organizations and clearing agencies, and publicly posting certain information on their websites.
