Update on Reimbursement for Costs of Remedial Action at Uranium and Thorium Processing Sites
The US Department of Energy has accepted claims for reimbursement under Title X of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, but due to a lack of Congressional appropriation, claims for FY 2024 and 2025 cannot be reimbursed.
