Carbon and Alloy Steel Threaded Rod From India: Preliminary Results and Preliminary Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, In Part, 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India was sold in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
