NYSE Amex LLC Files Proposed Rule Change for Broker Discretionary Voting and Investment Advisory Contract Amendments

NYSE Amex LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the SEC, which, if approved, would allow brokers to vote on director elections and material amendments to investment advisory contracts, effective immediately.
