Large Diameter Welded Pipe From Canada: Preliminary Results and Rescission, in Part, of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that large diameter welded pipe from Canada was sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, and is rescinding the review for certain companies with no entries.
