Diffusion-Annealed, Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel Products From Japan: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2022-2023

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain Japanese producers/exporters of diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products sold merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review, May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023.
