Certain Paper Shopping Bags From Malaysia: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that certain paper shopping bags from Malaysia are being sold in the United States at less than fair value, with a period of investigation from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
