Certain Pasta From Italy: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of certain pasta from Italy during January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022, and is rescinding the review with respect to one company.
