NMFS Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Marine Mammal Protection Act Permits

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule to modify the duration of certain permits and Letters of Confirmation under the Marine Mammal Protection Act by 15 days, from the original 30-day period.
