NYSE Amex LLC Filing Proposed Rule Change to Insert January 1, 2010 Date in Rule 452-NYSE Amex Equities and NYSE Amex Company Guide

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Rule 452-NYSE Amex Equities and Section 723 of the NYSE Amex Company Guide to include a previously omitted date, January 1, 2010, which will take effect immediately.
