The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) amends the Class E airspace at Litchfield, MN, to bring it into compliance with FAA orders and support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations following the decommissioning of the Darwin VOR as part of the VOR Minimum Operating Network (MON) Program.
